A leading global business and household-name is recruiting a HR Operations Project lead for a pivotal role in its transformation.
This role is newly created in the business and will focus on HR Projects aligned to change and transformation.
You will hold previous experience of outsourcing, offshoring and streamlining processes and operations. You will be confident mapping and reviewing processes and will have experience of tranistioning off-shoring processes and training and upskilling new staff. You will have strong systems knowledge and will have ideally experience in transitioning from one system to another.
You will hold an excellent background in managing projects and have worked in a large, complex multi-national organistion.
- Previously worked in a large, complex organisation
- Ideally have worked in a matrix environment
- Strong background in outsourcing/offshoring and process improvement
- Strong systems experience - eg: Oracle, SAP or similar
Based Macquarie Park - this is initially a 12 month contract role as the business drives a large-scale transformation of its HR strategy and structure.
