HR Officer/ HR Advisor

We are delighted to partner with a professional services organisation in Harrogate to recruit an HR Officer/ HR Advisor on a 6 month contract basis.

This is a unique opportunity for a strong HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator to step into a more advisor capacity supporting the HR Business Partners in the delivery of a comprehensive HR service to the wider business. You will be the point of contact for all queries from the business (high volume at peak periods) and support HR activities across the entire lifecycle including; employee relations, talent management, retention, reward & recognition and producing reports on starters leavers, recruitment etc. You will build good relationships with employees and managers across the business and support with the coordination and administration of HR projects.

In order to be successful in your application you will have at least three years HR administration or coordination experience gained within a professional working environment. You are ambitious, intuitive and keen to expand your HR knowledge and experience. You have excellent organisational skills, communication and interpersonal skills - meaning you will build relationship with ease and resolve queries efficiently.
