Job Description

Reporting through to the Senior Manager, you will be working as a part of the HRIS & Analysis team in developing and enhancing the HR system and provide effective support on reports analysis. You will be collaborating with IT, Recruitment, C&B and HRBP team on developing the business and enhancing system usage for the team, also to ensure HR technology is compatible within the market.

You will develop and continually enhance HR reporting and procedures - including talent analytics, metrics and dashboards across employee lifecycle. You will also be conducting data gathering and assessment and provide analysis that produce effective insights for the business.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a proven calibre with minimum 5 years of HRIS (preferably People Soft/ SAP SuccessFactors) implementation and HR Analysis experience from sizeable organization (preferably financial services). You should be fluent in both English and Cantonese. You must have excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience in HRIS implementation & reporting. You should have the ability to manage competing priorities and to collaborate with other teams. Candidates with more experience may be considered as AVP.
