I am delighted to exclusively manage a new opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a leading global professional services business as their HR Officer/ Senior HR Officer (SGD 80,000 - 110,000) (depending on the successful candidate). This position will work within a fast-paced global business and support the HR function by acting as the key support to the HR Manager, facing off to senior managers and leading the team by example. This position may also include management duties (depending on the successful candidate). This is a great opportunity for our HR network to own key parts of the business, lead a number of internal projects and ensure the smooth running of the HR function and act as the lead for the rest of the HR team.

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running with great end-to-end experience of the employee lifecycle and local employment regulations. This is a proactive and respected team which can really add value to the business. This role will ensure HR processes are undertaken effectively and takes a continuous improvement approach, refreshing processes and policies where needed. This person will enjoy working within a close-knit team and come with great enthusiasm and a positive attitude!

Duties: This is a 360 HR role where you will get to own projects, run recruitment, employee relations, graduate development and graduate recruitment and summer internships, act as a key point of contact for HR queries to the business and escalate to the appropriate teams/persons, liaise with counterparts globally and regionally, onboarding and offboarding, general HR Administration and updating of the HR system as appropriate. There is a payroll administrator in place already, so this does not include payroll duties but you may need to assist with any escalated items. They also have a couple of HR Administrators supporting the team for basic items.
