Location : Gosselies & Zedelgem, Belgium

Responsible for the development, coordinator and implementation of HR policies in order to effectively and efficiently support the human resources in accordance with the overall organizational strategy. Implement the change strategy.

Your tasks:

  • Implementation and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentations;
  • Acting as a point of contact to business managers in all HR services;
  • Be actively involved in the evolution and /or changes of the company. Being a key player in the change management and HR policies;
  • Cooperation with social partners to work on various labor relation issues;
  • Management on some aspects of the recruitment process;
  • Participation and conduction of annual appraisal interviews;
  • Supervision or involvement in management of disciplinary actions;
  • Preparation of regular reports for the headquarter and evaluation of KPI's;
  • Provide expert advices and assistance to managers and employees on all HR related issues;
  • Involvement in conflict management:
  • Supervision of the Payroll & HR Officer;

Your profile:

  • Master degree in an HR related field (Human Resources, Labour Sciences or Psychology,…)
  • 10 years' work experience in HR and about 5 years in a management position;
  • Experience in an SME (preferably in an industrial or service company) and a first approach with blue collars is required;
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of social law;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English;
  • Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, flexible, results-oriented and proactive;
  • Discreet, stress resistant, leadership and strong management skills;
  • Team orientation, participative management style;
