About our client
Our client is a European headquartered business with market presence across 20 countries. They have a firm base in Singapore. They have engaged our services to identify a Head of HR to lead a team of 6 in the Singapore offices. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a young and dynamic team with strong potential.
About the role
For this role, you will need excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and leadership skills. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you and your team will be responsible for the effective delivery of full spectrum HR. You will drive the talent agenda, oversee recruitment activities, performance management, talent management, L&D programme, C&B projects and ensure internal processes are streamlined and accessible to the business. You also have to develop business relationship internally and externally and to ensure cohesive employee relations. You have an opportunity to make an impact and take lead in areas that you feel would add value to the business.
The Successful candidate
The successful candidate will drive a proactive and strategic HR service for the business. You will act as a core HR interface and strategic business partner to provide relevant advice to HR issues. You should have experience in leading, mentoring and managing performance of a team. Knowledge in developing HRIS systems is advantageous.
Requirements: At least 10 years of experience in HR, leadership experience
