This is sought-after opportunity for a high-calibre HR professional to join them as HR Manager. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take care of a global portfolio. You are responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions for the business - from operations to business partnering. Responsibilities include but not limited to - stakeholder management, policies review + streamlining, HR operations, salary benchmarking, employee relations & engagement, performance management, and initiating HR projects.
The Successful Applicant
You should be an all-rounder with at least 8 years of experience in HR. You should be happy to straddle the broad spectrum of HR, from operational responsibilities to business partnering duties such as employee relations and streamlining HR policies across different countries.
The Head of HR believes in empowering his team member and entrust the person to take ownership of his/her portfolio. You will be a true Generalist and someone who takes pride in working independently. Key to your success will be your proactive attitude, being highly adaptable to changes, flexibility and your ability to initiate.
Essential: Candidate must come with experience working in the manufacturing industry / facilities management / logistics. Also, you must be well versed in MOM regulations and requirements.
Desirable: Has been in a sole contributor role.
