Our client, a highly regarded global law firm is seeking an HR Manager (Asia) to join the HR team and lead the HR function across the region based in the Singapore office. You will report in to the COO locally with a dotted line in to the Regional Head of HR operating in another region. You will be responsible for managing the HR Strategy & HR Operations across a number of offices Asia, supported by a small team of HR Generalists. You will operate in a strategic and hands-on operational position, working directly with the Partners and Business Heads across the region as well as your global counterparts as part of a collaborate global team.
You will be an accomplished HR Manager / HR Lead operating in a regional or global role ideally in another global law firm or professional services business, with extensive knowledge of Asia. You will be comfortable operating in a strategic and operational role as part of a lean global team within a diverse and collaborative environment. You will be comfortable managing a geographically dispersed team and you will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
