Reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercially focused HR offering. Supporting the organisations ambitious growth plans you will help build the HR structure that will support and enable this expansion. You will be responsible for influencing and managing relationships with key stakeholders & utilising your extensive HR toolkit to ultimately deliver a highly proactive and professional HR service. Working in partnership, you will enable the business to deliver its goals through best practice HR initiatives, which will include manpower planning, capability management and organisational design.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing HR projects and policies and delivering operational excellence in HR within a fast paced, multi-site, highly commercial organisation. It is essential that you have some previous experience of the HR imput into commercial bids when the company go out to pitch for new business, this will involve designing the people and manpower plan to match projected business requirements.
