My client an award winning and creative consumer brand is looking to appoint their HR Manager to join the fast growing business and successful team!
As HR Manager you will be a full HR generalist with additional experience supporting on projects such as HRIS implementation, reward and benefits reviews and updating of policies and procedures. The role offers autonomy across all areas of HR to truly support the growing business needs from a HR prospective.
Working closely with the Group Finance Director and Chief People Officer you will be the first point of call for all HR queries. You will support the senior leadership team on people planning and performance management with focus on talent attraction and retention. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate your excellent HR knowledge and understanding of UK employment law. You will have experience working in a SME sized business working flexibly within a fast paced environment. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or with equivalent experience.
Within this role you will evidence your ability to work with mid to senior level stakeholders effectively and going above and beyond to support your colleagues. The client is happy to be adaptable on the role being part time or full time and is most interested in the abilities to run a successful HR offering.
Salary: £35-£40k + benefits
Location - West London
