I am working exclusively with a professional services firm who are looking to hire a new HR Manager.
Working closely with the HR Director and a new Senior HR Manager, this person will have ownership for a specific population within the firm and will manage a full generalist remit. As well as owning the entire employee lifecycle, this person will also lead on the firm's HR system; both maintenance and utilisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently operating at HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor level and who is seeking their first HR Manager-level position.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous HR generalist experience as well as being able to evidence exposure to HR systems. Experience of Open HR is highly desirable. You must also be able to showcase your coaching and guidance skills and your ability to manage employee relation issues.
Previous experience of a professional services, or similar corporate, environment is required.
