My client is looking for an ambitious and capable HR Manager who is ready to support and develop the HR operations of their Wimbledon based head office. This is a truly generalist role where you'll also have the opportunity to lead and support on group-wide HR initiatives.
In the role you will be responsible for the full employee life cycle from induction, recruitment, succession planning, salary review process, performance reviews, running the UK payroll and benefits. You'll also advise and coach line managers and work in conjunction with the L&D manager to facilitate and deliver training courses. You'll be supporting a small, but senior client group, so will need to have personal gravitas and a commercial approach.
In order to be successful in this role you'll be a strong HR generalist with great communication and interpersonal skills. You will enjoy working as part of a larger global team but will be comfortable working autonomously. You will be joining a team of like-minded people with a shared vision and commitment to well-being and excellence.
This role will suit someone who has worked in a SME environment and previous international experience would be a plus.
This opportunity is based in Wimbledon with occasional travel to Europe.
