HR Manager UK

I am supporting my client in their search for a HR Manager to join the UK HR team. A start-up business with very ambitious growth plans, market leading and driving innovation across the UK and EMEA markets. The fast-paced company are headquartered in San Francisco and are backed by leading technology investors.

As the HR Manager you will be supporting the EMEA HR Director and UK Managing Director with the creation and implementation of the HR strategy in the UK. Sitting on the leadership team you will be first point of call for all UK employees working alongside the business partners delivering best practise and HR. You will be supporting structural, behavioural, capability and cultural changes using a pragmatic, commercial approach. As part of your role you will be involved in Employee Engagement plans, transforming US based policy and procedures for UK fit for purpose.
