An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a boutique financial services firm on an interim basis. This is a maternity cover contract and will run for 12 months starting from the end of Jan 2022. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a generalist with specific experience within Investment Management or another financially regulated environment.
Human Resources contributes to the firm at both strategic and operational levels in the areas of Resourcing, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits and Organisational Development so coverage across all these areas is key.
You will work in a professional advisory role to staff partners, managers and employees leading on the implementation and operation of agreed HR policies and procedures. This role will be based in central London 2 days a week with 3 from home (once government guidelines allow).
