I am currently supporting a renowned Heritage business with a growing global presence, in their search for a HR manager. You will be joining them at an exciting time as they have just moved the holding company into brand new offices here in London, Victoria. You will have the opportunity to join the company as they are on a journey to globalise HR and synergise ways of working.
The role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside the executive team based in London, providing them with HR advice and support. You will be responsible for translating business needs into people plans and compiling and analysing people date. You will manage the employee life cycle in its entirety for around 150 employees across three of their locations: London, Switzerland and Barcelona. You will also have the chance to work closely with their HR lead in the US, which is the businesses largest subsidiary.
The client is looking for a HR professional who has experience of working with an executive team who travel a lot and who can demonstrate an organised and structured approach within an international complex structure. You must be happy to work operational and become involved in wider office management. Experience of supporting a retail, wholesale, consumer goods or e-commerce business is essential.
