I am currently supporting a global agri-business to find and experienced HR Manager to join their London HQ team. Reporting into the Global Head of HR you will be responsible for the UK and European jurisdictions in supporting day to day HR operations and driving HR initiatives and projects.
The HR Manager will act as the key point of contact for the full HR lifecycle including employee relations, performance and talent management and employee engagement. You will provide HR advise to employees and be the link between the London HQ and regional teams. One key stakeholder will sit in Spain so conversational Spanish speaking is required. Using your excellent written and verbal communication style you will develop solid relationships with the Leadership Team in London HQ but also able to flex your style to suit local teams and colleagues on site locally.
You will be confident producing and analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and support the Global Head of HR with future planning and analysis.
To be successful in the role you will have 6-8 years HR experience in a similar role, have a good working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practise and be a self starter who takes initiative. You will be able to operate in a complex matrixed organisation and have strong stakeholder management. You will be fluent in English and a working knowledge of Spanish language.
