We are partnering with a global management consultancy who are looking for an HR Manager to join a small and collaborative team.
This is a HR generalist opportunity, where you will work across all employee lifecycle movements supporting a client group of circa 100. The role has a high level of senior stakeholder engagement and HR operational work.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing HR advice and business partnering
- Stakeholder management
- HR strategic input and execution
- Employee engagement and HR projects
- ER and performance management
- HR reporting
Skills needed:
- Professional services experience and/or technology is essential
- At least 3 years of Business Partnering/HR Manager experience
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law
- Clearly be able to influence, challenge and negotiate where needed
- Customer driven in your approach
