Working closely with the leadership team you will participate in the development of the company strategy and then develop the people strategy to support this.
Your key responsibilities will be to provide advice and support to the leadership team in relation to the full employee life cycle including recruitment, performance management, remuneration review and talent management, ensuring succession plans are in place for all areas.
You will drive a learning culture, ensuring all training & development is linked to the company's needs, whilst assessing the individual development of staff.
Managing EBA agreements and WHS responsibility will also be part of the role, as will a continual drive for improving the efficiency of all HR processes and systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly professional, experienced HR Manager with well-developed knowledge of HR practices & procedures with the ability to interpret Industrial Agreements.
