My client, a leading London based law firm is recruiting an HR Manager to cover a period of maternity for 6 months. Based in Central London and working in an established HR team, the role requires an experienced HR professional to support and influence the client group. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience in a HR manager role within a professional services environment.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing HR support to the client group working in close partnership with the managers as a Business Partner. Key responsibilities will include:
-Providing coaching to managers on HR processes and programs
-Supporting the annual performance review
-Assisting with the talent management process
-Employee relations and casework
