About Our Client
Our client is a renowned business in the Manufacturing industry with a global presence. They are looking for a HR Manager to oversee a population of 50-60 in the Singapore office.
Working in a team of 6, you will be responsible for the full employment life cycle, including business partnering, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, strategy planning, etc. This role will also involve the planning and execution of HR projects. You will also be responsible for providing policy implementation guidance and to help further shape the streamlining and HR process improvement aspect of the business.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you possess 7 to 10 years of Human Resources experience. You should be very strong in business partnering and operations. They also need someone who is highly resilient and mature to manage demanding and straight forward stakeholders. You should possess high IQ/EQ to manage stakeholders and influence accordingly.
