About the Company
Our client is a homegrown hospitality group that provides a unique dining experience to their customers, redefining modern lifestyle. They operate restaurants, cafes and offering catering services to private events.
There is now an opportunity for a high-calibre HR professional to join them as the HR Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director, you are responsible for the full spectrum of HR for the business. You will be a key member of the senior management team and play an advisory role on all human capital matters. You will support day to day operation and design long term HR strategies to meet business goals. Key to your success will be your ability to initiate.
The Successful Applicant
You should be an all-rounder with 10-20 years of HR experience. Knowledge about the F&B industry is essential. You should be happy to straddle the broad spectrum of HR, from operation to recruitment to employee relations to streamlining HR policies. You will be a true Generalist and someone who is happy working in a sole contributor role where relationships are key. Ideally you will have experience in a small to medium-sized organization where there aren't an array of 'off the shelf' solutions. There will be some strategies, but the day-to-day role is ensuring HR processes running effectively.
