I am excited to be working with a start up international software business on their search for their first ever HR Manager!
With offices in London and Europe, you will work in a standalone capacity, supporting c.50 employees globally, reporting into the CFO. They have previously had some support from an external HR consultant so they have some policies and procedures in place, as well as an HR system, but they are looking for someone to come in and improve these as well as work on projects including improving their benefits offering, culture and engagement.
This is mainly an operational role (80%) but you will have the opportunity to work with the leadership team on more strategic HR initiatives. This is a truly generalist role where you will have responsibility for recruitment, training, ER and compensation & benefits.
Ideally the business is looking for someone from a technology/software background and who is used to working in a start up/standalone environment. This is a great opportunity for someone to really put their stamp on the role and help the organisation grow over the coming months and years.
Location: Central London, close to major tube and rail links
