An exciting opportunity for a HR Manager has arisen with a global multi-national business in Riyadh.
Reporting into the Regional HR Director, you will lead the HR operations for KSA and be responsible for delivering a pro-active HR service focussing on performance improvement, leadership capability, cultural transformation and talent development. Change management is a key theme and you will partner with the leaders to facilitate and embed effective cultural and business change. The ability to deal effectively with day to day issues, whilst having the capacity to operate at a senior level will be important. You will need to be able to conceptualise the organisations journey so that you can provide strategic advice and support to the business.
To be successful in this role you will have gained a vast amount of experience within HR, working as a Business Partner. It is essential that you have previously worked for a global business that has a matrix structure.
