About the Company
Our client is a globally renowned Creative Design agency with exciting growth plans for APAC. They have engaged our services exclusively for a HR Manager managing a small population across 4 countries. You will work closely with the HR Director, you will be mentored and coached in order to deliver a first-class HR service.
About the role
An exciting opportunity to join an international and successful firm that is all about deep relationship building, whether this is on a local or global basis. This is a premium agency and you will get to work with the best creative minds in the industry. You will executive the operations for APAC and liaise with the administrative team across the regions.
This is a 360 role that you would need to roll your sleeves up and get involved in all aspects end to end. You will be involved in operational support (e.g. onboarding & offboarding, coordination with external vendors on payroll), business partnering, recruitment activities, talent development and C&B projects.
There is a drive internally for growth and development of their people. You will help execute the growth agenda for APAC as well as attract, retain and develop their people to get the very best from them.

The successful applicant
This is a client centric business, so they would love someone who had professional services experience within a partnership model / come from a services or creative industry.
You will have a strong HR philosophy and real passion for working in a collaborative and people centric business.
You should have good understanding about the local legislation, knowledge of SEA market is advantageous.
Experience in forging strong relationship at all levels is strongly desirable. The successful incumbent will come with great maturity and creativity in their approach and ways of working.
