Are you an experienced HR Generalist with a background in financial services, seeking a new opportunity in a boutique investment banking organisation? I have partnered with the European HR Director of a growing and developing financial services organisation, who after a restructure are looking for an established HR Manager/BP. The business spreads across Europe and London and has undergone a shift in culture, starting with the HR Director and filtering down into a more strategic and tailored HR offering.
This role will own two client groups (equity sales and support functions) of circa 50 employees as a traditional HRBP, handling the full employee lifecycle. However beyond this there will be additional responsibility including owning the benefits relationship with external brokers, manage one HR Coordinator, leading on complex employee relations cases and handling the relationships with the client group business leaders.
SMCR is an ongoing project internally, so whilst this role won't lead on the project a knowledge of this area is required for the business partnering population. This is a 12 month FTC due to HR restructuring and the business is looking for somebody to start in September 2019.
