An HR Manager is required for my client who are based in Bristol/South Gloucestershire area, this is a site based role looking after a headcount of c.300 and responsibility for managing an HR Advisor.
You will act as a true Business Partner to the site and the management team. This is a broad HR generalist position with responsibility for all site HR activities, you will provide support to the development and delivery of the HR strategy, to include: employee engagement, coaching and developing the senior leadership team, employee and industrial relations, succession planning and performance management, recruitment, HR management information and training.
My client is looking for a pro-active and self-starting HR Manager who has worked in a similar blue collar environment (engineering, production, manufacturing, supply chain/logistics) with a strong understanding of working with Trade Unions. With strong knowledge of UK employment law you will have the ability to develop HR strategies and deliver change in a fast paced working environment.
