Reporting into the HRD you will support across a range of generalist activities from policy and procedure, performance management through to project work across the D&I space and career development. This role is a new role for the firm as the fuction and indeed business is in growth mode and indeed moving premises next year. Joining a small team of 4 this is a great opportunity for a Senior Advisor looking for their next move in HR or a HR Manager keen to experience new challenges in their role.
The firm is looking for a candidate with solid HR experience gained within the legal sector with proven ER experience, end to end. You must have previously worked in a law firm and have a solid generalist background. A great opportunity to join this dynamic and growing firm.
