.eporting into a HR Director you will work closely with the CEO to respond to numerous HR project requirements from LTIP implementation, Learning and Development and performance management programme creation, talent management and also delivering generalist support. You will have good transactional HR and administration support in the team so that you can focus on delivering high value projects.
You must have detailed project experience in Human Resource and not be afraid to manage something technical such as creating short and long term incentive plans. You might have a human capital consulting background and wish to move in house, or you may be a generalist who would like to focus on building a HR offering in a small business.
