Our client is a market-leading luxury retail brand. They are now seeking a HR Manager to join their Sydney office and provide end-to-end HR Generalist Business Partnering across ANZ.
Reporting to the GM, you will lead a team of two and be an integral part of the regional and global HR teams.
Providing strategic business partnering to the leadership team, you will enjoy developing effective relationships, coaching & influencing business leaders along with driving high performance HR teams.
Overseeing the end to end HR function, your remit will include Talent & Organisational Development, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition & Performance Management.
You will also lead cross-functional projects and initiatives which will have a wide organisational impact across ANZ Region and help fuel their continued growth.
With significant HR Generalist experience, you will have a background in retail, luxury goods or 5 Star hospitality and thrive in fast paced, forward thinking environments. With demonstrated strategic capability you will also be happy to be hands on where required and happy to travel interstate on a regular basis.
