My client is one of the most prestigious global consultancies and they are looking for HR M&A Managers and Senior Managers with experience in the Mergers Acquisitions space. This would be a chance to join a boutique sized team working in a fast paced environment on many diverse and interesting projects in Integration and separation across different industries and countries.
You will have experience in the M&A space delivering on projects, leading teams, being a role model and building commercial relationships with clients at the Senior Manager level . Technically your skills may include HR M&A ,TUPE and deal valuation. You will have experience in the development of employee experience, Organisational Strategy and Development, Labour Relations & Compliance and HR Operations would be very welcome.
The role will give you an opportunity to work abroad and lead projects and client engagements with FTSE 250 corporations. Working in a very people centric and collaborative team with an emphasis on team work and creating a great working culture both internally and externally with clients.
You can be based anywhere in the UK and be able to travel to client sites in the UK, hold a valid EU passport or work visa.
