HR Generalist

In this role as an HR generalist, you will be responsible for administrative, compliance-oriented and strategic duties. Administrative tasks -- also known as core HR -- include maintaining employee records, on- and off-boarding, administering benefits and payroll, and providing employee self-service to a client population of approximately 300 FTE's. You will also provide consultation and coaching to frontline leaders and you will provide HR counsel and a full range of generalist services to the organization within the HR model.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the generalist role. You will have worked in a highly matrixed environment and should have a knowledge of various systems. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. You will also possess excellent interpersonal, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills, and you are extremely detail and goal-oriented, have the flexibility to deal with multiple and changing priorities while focused on customer service and quality.
