Join this growing company as HR Generalist supporting the local Geelong office covering both office and field based employees. This is a true Generalist role covering Employee Relations, Recruitment (end to end), Workforce Planning, Reporting, L&D and HR projects.
Over 50% of the role involves end to end Recruitment so previous experience is essential where you will also be partnering closely with Line Managers to provide advice on all people related queries so the ability to quickly build effective relationships is essential.
