An innovative and growing global financial industry expert who are at the centre of global markets and technology are looking for a HR Generalist to join their London business where you will play a key role in providing HR support to the HR Manager and their respective clients.
As the HR Generalist you will be given the autonomy as well as the correct levels of support and guidance to develop into a true HR Generalist where you will be responsible for assisting HR Management with a broad range of HR and organisational development needs. You will also have the chance to be involved with ad-hoc project work when required and the opportunity to gain exposure on an international basis.
To be successful within this role you need a successful track record as a HR professional in a hands-on, all-encompassing HR Generalist role as well the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. You will need experience of working within a Financial Services or Technology environment.
