About the client
Our client is a leading global player in the beauty and fashion industry. They are the market leader within the beauty and fashion industry. They do have presence in 150 countries with subsidiaries in 26 of them. Our client is looking to continue to expand within the Southeast Asia region and hence, they are currently looking to recruit an outstanding and dynamic HR executive to join their team.
Reporting directly to the HR director, you will be working closely with different stakeholders to manage the full spectrum end to end recruitment process. You will also be required to do other HR functions as well such as managing the employer branding and engagement activities. Another important aspect of this role is to support the talent review, performance and development and to develop relevant metrics with regards to training and learning effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
To be succeed in this role, ideally you will need to possess a minimum of 5 years relevant experience as an agency recruiter or in-house experience. The ideal candidate should also be meticulous, analytical, self-motivated and a team player. It would be preferred if the successful candidate from the beauty or fashion industry.
