Drive and implement an integrated people strategy across the UK & Ireland. Understand the business structure, culture, clients and financial. Delivery of best in class, commercial HR solutions to enhance the overall performance of the business.
Bring a robust approach to talent including the shaping and development of the employer brand, to enhance status as an employer of choice, greater workforce planning and succession to both attract and retain key roles.
Drive and continue to embed the use of robust people metrics to shape business/people decisions and build credibility with leadership.
Drive and embed a high performance culture, equipping leadership with the tools and capability to have great/open conversations with their people on an ongoing basis. Utilising KPI's and PDPs to anchor the process.
work closely with Head of resourcing and Learning and development to continuously drive programmes in line with business needs.
