Our client is a successful, start-up FinTech business who has engaged us to find their next Head of HR to support their small-mid sized and growing population, in Singapore. They exceeded business performance last year and now require someone with excellent people and leadership skills to help take the business and people agenda forward. Job Description

Strategic & Operational Oversight; You will play a lead role in the development and implementation of commercial HR solutions (in line with the firm's parameters and local market) to support the firm's strategy for Singapore. This will include establishing strong operational excellence, being a change leader when necessary, supporting talent management processes, operational efficiency and HR expertise. This person will lead a small and growing HR team locally and undertake a 360 role, liaising with the executive team and key stakeholders across South-East Asia and executing the Talent, Reward, Recruitment and Engagement Strategy.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, you possess a minimum of 13 years of Human Resources experience in fast moving industries, ideally in the fintech / tech start-up space, equipped with a degree in HR or its equivalence. The successful applicant should someone who can toggle very easily between being strategic and hands-on at the same time with strong stakeholder management skills. It's a high touch culture and hence this individual would need a high level of EQ to navigate around difficult stakeholders, make tough decisions and continuously ensure development of strong employee engagement initiatives and retention of talents.
