We have a career-enhancing opportunity with our client; a progressive and global institution in the Security/Tech Industry as they are recruiting an HR Director to join their Rome office and partner with the local HR team to develop and execute a strong transformation and growth agenda throughout the business!
Reporting and working closely with the exiting HR Director Italy, you will manage a team of 7 highly skilled HR professionals and act as the point of contact and trusted advisor to local Business Leaders supporting a workstream of 1000 employees. Providing expertise in coaching and advising on HR policies and practices that will enable the overall success of the HR agenda, ultimately being part of a much larger and global HR function in a truly matrix setup.
As the company is looking to double the size of the business within the upcoming years, at times you will need to challenge the business with new ideas and offer creative and number-driven solutions to complex issues, while investing in developing and evolving long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be deeply passionate and have strong previous experience in leading a strategic HR agenda to strengthen the capabilities of the organization in Italy (including coaching, leadership development, performance management, and talent management).
Collaborating with business leaders to solve complex organizational challenges, with a focus on developing and executing strategies to help recruit, onboard, retain, develop, and compensate talent. Leverage data and analytics to help drive insights and performance metrics and run cross-functional projects in collaboration with national and international teams.
You will also be a solution-oriented HR partner, comfortable working in an environment which demands high caliber deliverables under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of both Italian and English to full proficiency is required for this opportunity.
