A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an innovative global organisation for an HR Director to join the UK team and drive strategy around Employee Relations and Diversity & Inclusion. The HR Director will lead a team focused on providing the business with best in practice ER support and develop and deliver Diversity and Inclusion initiatives to ensure a fantastic employee experience.
The HR Director will be part of the leadership team and work with the wider HR leaders to raise the bar on the current employee relations and D&I offering. They will be responsible for developing robust employee relations processes, delivering on global ER and D&I agendas, implementing creative diversity and inclusion programmes, ensuring policies are accessible and progressive and aligned with the overall business strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with extensive employee relations experience, who is comfortable developing and implementing ER strategy and introducing Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within a large matrix organisation. Candidates will also be experienced leading a team and will have the ability to liaise and influence at a senior level.
