Our client, a leading builder of EMS vehicles has a current opening for an HR Director to join their executive team. The HR Director will be a part of the senior leadership team that establishes and implements business goals and long-term strategies. In this role you will manage a team of 4 and support the business's objectives through a people strategy by leading and implementing every aspect of human capital management.
The preferred candidate will have a BBA in HR and 10+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years as an HR Manager. Experience managing a team of 2 or more is also required with exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills. The desire would be to have someone on-site in office for the most part, but will consider candidates interested in a hybrid role.
