As a result of this there is an opportunity for an HR Director to join them on this journey to shape both their people function and their people strategy. The role offers the opportunity develop and enhance an existing HR function, with a real focus on employees through EVP, engagement, development and retention. Utilising technology to help improve efficiency and connectivity with other business enabling functions.
