About our Client
We are delighted to partner exclusively with a high tech industrial leader. With strong YOY results and business expansion across multiple locations, we are recruiting for a high calibre senior HR professional to support and advice their leadership team in strategic matters.
Reporting to the Chief HR Officer and managing a team of HR professionals, the Senior HR Director will be a trusted advisor to the leadership where he/she will conceptualise and drive HR strategies and initiatives to support their market growth. The Senior HR Director has the commercial acumen to understand, analyse and pre-empt any business insights, challenges and/or complexity of market conditions, and provide the necessary HR interventions. Amongst their HR strategies and projects, there will be a focus on their talent pool, which includes talent development, talent engagement and the talent "readiness", across diverse markets.
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have a track record in supporting and driving a high growth and matrix organization within industrial or similar sector. As a proven HR leader with at least 15 years of leadership experience, you have a broad knowledge of HR capabilities and best practices, coupled the ability to develop and execute insightful and meaningful HR roadmap and/or initiatives to support a dynamic business. You possess strong consultancy skills to influence and advise a diverse leadership team, and to drive a high performance culture and excellence in the HR organisation. You build strong relationships at all levels across the organisation, a team player and mentor/coach who possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
