Our client, a top global scaling company, is looking for a highly dynamic HR leader to fuel company growth and integration. In this role you will streamline newly acquired entities, get involved in M&A activities, and focus on change management initiatives with an eye towards firmwide alignment. You will manage a team of experienced direct reports in support of a remit encompassing 500+ employees nationwide with major hubs on the eastern seaborad and several other offices nationally (some is travel required but it will not be extensive). The role heads up HR efforts in the Americas/US while reporting to senior leadership sitting abroad and the opportunity represents an excellent chance to work autonomously and have incredible impact as a leader. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting growing/scaling businesses, heavy change management/M&A background, deep HR business partner competencies and strategic acumen gained while thriving in organizations which are highly matrixed and complex.
Our client is seeking 8+ years of overall HR experience with rapid career progression in sophisticated settings (the latter half of which would include roles with senior level impact) ideally in both small and high growth and larger, best practices organizations in the technology or data insights space.
