My client is one of the largest healthcare organisations in the UK, specialising in providing support to people with life changing conditions. They are looking to appoint a HR Director to continue to drive an exciting organisational wide transformation project.

As HR Director you will play a key part in an organisation that is dedicated towards making a difference to the lives of millions of people. Leading a HR team of 70 with 4 direct reports, you will provide comprehensive generalist HR support across the organisation, further develop and implement a diverse HR plan across an exciting and ever changing landscape and continue to ensure that HR is held in the highest of regards and is at the heart of the business. As part of an organisational wide transformation project you will also drive culture change whilst maintaining the behavioural framework and dedicated work ethic of the organisation.

The environment is fast paced and as a principle advisor you need to be a flexible solutions based HR professional who can build trust and relationships quickly. The culture would suit a confident, collaborative and commercially minded HR Director who is motivated by innovative outcomes and the highest quality delivery.

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced senior HR professional working at Director level across a large organisation with a diverse workforce. You will have been responsible for organisational design and development with a clear Diversity and Inclusion agenda. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver complex HR projects and ensure senior stakeholders are brought on the journey with you by coaching and effective communication. As a Director within the organisation you will bring a clear and comprehensive link between HR and business strategy. You will challenge constructively, give feedback, work well under deadlines and recommend HR approaches that support this whilst bringing your own team on the journey with you.
