As Head of HR you will be responsible for setting up the HR operation and people strategy for the group with has c. 1000 employees. The organisation in evolving dramatically with the longer term prospect of opening in new markets they continue to strive toward a more performance related culture which focuses on employee engagement and talent development. A number of these concepts will need to be revamped and developed, the Head of HR will play a key role in driving this along with helping to embed a new culture.
You will have a confident and credible approach to HR and will thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions, and embedding best practice ways of working. Experience of setting up HR practices and exposure to organisational development are essential, along with previous experience of working in either hospitality or F&B is essential.
