I am supporting a highly innovative technology incubator in their search for a new HR Director. The organisation has a significant presence globally (UK and Spain in particular) and has grown through both acquisition and new product/technology development. The role will be reporting into the COO and will look to evolve their global HR strategy by enhancing their COEs and bring together their in-country HR teams. You will have deep technical experience within Reward, but also be ready to transition into a broad HR leadership role.
Supporting a workforce of 700 and operating in 11 countries, you will strategically oversee the ambitious performance and reward agenda, look at enhancing organisation performance and support on further M&A activity. You will partner with in-country HR to deliver and drive global programmes as the business moves to a more cohesive global HR strategy.
You will have significant global reward experience ideally within a high growth technology business. You may not have transitioned into a broader HR role yet however you will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of HR and combining pay and performance with a people strategy. You will enjoy working within an informal environment and be able to build relationships and influence in this setting.
