An exciting opportunity has arisen for an EMEC (Europe, Middle East & Canada) HR Director to join a global luxury construction and design business based in Central London. The HR Director will partner with an international leadership team including the CEO, COO and CFO and be the number two to the Executive HR Director.
The HR Director will cover a full generalist remit and partner with the EMEC leadership team and in country HR functions to roll out EMEC wide people strategy. As well as driving the international people agenda the HR Director will also be responsible for leading on key initiatives and projects around talent acquisition strategy, EVP, workforce planning, global mobility, reward and recognition, diversity and inclusion, organisation effectiveness and internal communications.
Experience operating at a senior HR Business Partner or HR Director level is essential as this role will work closely with executive leadership and will need to build strong relationships on an international scale. An ability to lead multiple strategic projects and be delivery focused is also important, as is a passion for people development and a can-do attitude!
