We have a new opportunity available with a technology business seeking a HR Data Analyst in their London office. Having recently implemented their HRIS, SuccessFactors, they are looking for a HR Data Analyst with experience of SuccessFactors who can provide analysis and reporting to help them make smart business decisions.
You will be responsible for managing the HRIS, developing processes and checks to ensure that the data is accurate and clean. You will also help to develop their HR technology platform and provide support for their compensation processes. Other responsibilities include monthly headcount reporting, talent analytics and playing a key part in the year end compensation process.
This SuccessFactors Data Analyst opportunity will suit someone who is passionate about HR and data, innovative by nature and who thinks outside the box.
Key requirements of the role:
- Previous experience of HR MI and SuccessFactors
- Passion for using data to inform decision making
- Strong Excel skills
- Good understanding of data and statistical concepts
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Senior stakeholder engagement and management
