Are you an HRIS and HR Data professional looking for your next challenge? Do you enjoy analysing People Data and keeping HR Systems up to date? This global financial services firm are recruiting an HR Data Analyst. You'll help to analyse data across the HR remit, including Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and the Employee Lifecycle. You'll help to maintain a variety of HR Systems as part of a supportive team, during a period of exciting change for the business.

You will help to manage several Payroll and HR Systems, pulling reports and analysing people data. This would include headcount, performance and recruitment metrics, and you will present reports to the Board. You will also help to analyse data for the annual compensation and bonus reviews, and liaise with external providers to manage employee benefits. The business is highly acquisitive and you will take part in data cleansing and harmonisation projects as they acquire new businesses and implement new systems. The HR Director is building out a Centre of Excellence in HR Operations and the function will only grow in importance in the coming months.

Your previous experience of analysing HR Data in Excel and managing HR Systems will enable you to hit the ground running. Your excellent relationship management skills with allow you to provide reports to a wide variety of stakeholders. Demonstrable experience of managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment will enable you to make the role a success.
