Enrolment of Benefits for New Hires. This includes:
Critical Illness
Group Policies
Checking and confirming monthly benefit invoices
Answer ad hoc questions from new hires and current employees on benefits
Liaise with the Benefit Provider for employee questions and changes to cover

Liaise with Recruitment Agencies to organise interviews and gather feedback
Co-ordinate recruitment forms to be completed and signed and filed
Draft NDA as and when requested
Pull offer pack together
Assist in updating the offer pack with new Company Logo/Inserts etc
Co-ordinate and arrange new hire start date and arrival
Prepare new hire file
Set up HR Induction
Start the screening programme and liaise with the new hire and the client screening manager
Monitor screening programme results and liaise with Head of HR
Chase paperwork from new hire i.e. P45, copy of passport etc
Schedule and complete end of probation reviews and letters
Liaise with intern regarding his/her focus and interests
Arrange agenda and format with relevant departments
Send out relevant communications
Point of contact for interns/work experience
Liaise and be the point of contact for the school/university
Keep a record of all absence and monitor accordingly
Send reminders to employees on a quarterly basis
Identify and bring to the attention of HR any concerns
Monitor and review e-days and make sure at year end all holiday has been used/carried over

Keep HR spreadsheets up dated on a monthly basis
Keep HR monthly movements spreadsheet updated and accurate
Keep leavers reports up to date on a monthly basis
Take notes on any employee relations issues that arise i.e. disciplinary, grievances etc.
Respond to reference requests from previous employees
Respond to mortgage requests from employees
Respond to speculative recruitment applications
Ad Hoc
Alert managers to birthdays and long service awards for employees in their teams
Draft letters for long service awards
Move paper files to electronic files
Get involved in HR Projects as and when required i.e. GDPR, launching of new funds
Assist the Head of HR with the HR agenda i.e. objective setting, mid-year reviews, appraisal process, salary and bonus rounds, benefit renewals, contracts etc
Be a point of contact for all employees/managers
