I am currently working on an exciting HR Coordinator opportunity with a fast growing tech start up based in Central London.

Due to an expanding UK population, the HR team are looking to hire a HR Coordinator to work alongside the HRBP and Senior HR Partner. You will be supporting the UK & Ireland part of hte business (around 220 employees and growing fast!). However you will be sat wtihin a wider HR team including Recruitment and their EMEA HR team.

In this role you'll provide administrative and operational support to the HR team including onboarding, systems and policy support. They are looking for someone who is a confident HR Assistant/Coordinator who is looking to build their experience in a high growth environment.

In this role you'll manage the induction programme, which is a bi-weekly event and will run the HR induction. They hire some amazing talent so you'll provide excellent support to candidates once they have accepted an offer with the business.

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the HR Business Partner who is lovely and will help develop you. You will support her with ER cases (and take these on yourself once you are confident) and projects around engagement and cultural initiatives. You will also have responsibility for making sure payroll is accurate and their HR system is up to date.

The organisation is a start up business and has grown very quickly, so they are not incredibly structured in terms of HR. You'll need to be comfortable working in the grey, and will bring ideas in terms of their processes and how to improve them.

In order to be successful in this role you'll be a confident, dynamic and ambitious HR professional. They are looking for someone who can grow and develop in the organisation.

Salary - £35-38,000 + bonus + equity and amazing benefits including free breakfast and lunch and social events! They also have a flexible working policy.

Location - Central London, close to major tube and rail links - they have recently moved into an amazing new office and have a great culture!
